At Breezy Valley Storage, all rental applications are completed online.

Please note: Units are first come, first serve, and we do not reserve or hold units.

All rentals are month to month, and your rental will continue until a 10‑day notice of departure is submitted.

If you’re planning to rent on the 1st of the month, you’ll need to complete your rental on that day.

For all other move‑in dates, your second month’s bill will be prorated to align future billing with the 1st of each month.

We do not prorate when moving out.
