  • Remove ALL property from the Unit & Premises 
  • Broom Sweeping the Unit Clean and leave it Damage Free 
  • Remove your lock 
  • Call or Text 802-777-6913 when out 

Failure to complete any of the above may result in forfeiture of your Deposit
